Diaser Management (2006) Ltd. was started on March 24, 2006 in Winnipeg, Canada in response to requests from the industry that the company principals offer their experience and expertise to industry as constructors and project managers. Today, Diaser together with Boge & Boge (1980) Ltd., provides a full range of engineering, construction, design-build, consulting and project management services as well as skilled labour on a contract basis.
