Project Description

Boge & Boge (1980) Ltd provided Engineering and Construction Management Services for the New Peat Processing Plant project located in Oakbank, Manitoba. Boge worked with the client to meet specific design requirements to accommodate zoning bylaws and owner supplied process equipment. We were able to provide alternate design solutions that provided an improved schedule and budget.

During the construction phase, Boge obtained quotations and provided a budget to the client along with recommendations on cost, time, and quality for all trades. Boge managed and coordinated all trades on site and was responsible for all contract administration. Boge coordinated the schedule with the Owner who self performed the manufacture and installation of their proprietary process equipment.

Boge’s specific project scope included responsibility for Engineering Design and Site Construction Management. The following services where provided:
