Project Description
Boge & Boge (1980) Ltd. was initially contacted to provide an investigation report for the client regarding their existing Nursing Station that had been constructed for the First Nation.
The client, were impressed with Boge’s thorough investigation and our creative solutions to resolve the deficiencies with the existing structure, they requested for Boge to provide assistance with there existing outdated Nurses Residence Building. Initially there was a design that they had acquired, however we provided a Design-Build proposal to include a new design that increased the number of suites in the building and provided a better budget and schedule to suit the needs of the First Nation.
We worked with our sister company, Diaser Management, to perform the construction services of the project. We were able to adjust our schedule to the First Nations timeline and renovate the building in phases, beginning with the exterior and then the interior.
