Detailed Engineering Services
D.E.N.M. Engineering Ltd. (DENM) is the process engineer and lead consultant for a new 800 Tonne per Day gold/silver tailings reprocessing plant located in Sonora State, Mexico. DENM will facilitate an ECM contract for their client. Boge & Boge are proud to be providing the detailed (discipline) engineering services for the surface facilities to support DENM on this project.
Other projects where Boge & Boge are involved with detailed engineering for surface facilities for DENM include an 8,000 MTPD silver and gold project in Jalisco state, Mexico , and a 6,900 MTPD per Platinum, Palladium,Gold (PGM) Project in Northern Ontario.
We are excited to be working with the D.E.N.M. Engineering Ltd. on these projects .

Design Build | Office, Manufacturing, and Distribution Facility
Central Canadian Structures (A Division of Diaser Management (2006) Ltd.) are pleased to announce the start of construction on a steel frame building for a Marine Supply Company. The Design Build for the new manufacturing and distribution facility means the Owner can consolidate operations at one location. We look forward to working on this exciting new project in Headingley, Manitoba.

Design Build | Manufacturing Facility Addition
Diaser Management (2006) Ltd. / Boge & Boge (1980) Ltd. have been awarded the Design-Build of a building addition and adjacent link for an existing manufacturing facility located in Sunnyside, Manitoba. We look forward to working on this exciting project.

Feasibility Study | Snow Lake Lithium
Boge & Boge are pleased to announce they have been awarded the Definitive Feasibility Study in 2022 for a new project with Snow Lake Lithium. The mining project will be the first lithium project to maximize both renewable energy and electric vehicles throughout the project. The project currently envisions an open pit mine and a second underground mine on the company’s 38 contiguous mineral claims. Ore from both mines will feed a new Mill at the Snow Lake site where concentrate will be shipped to Winnipeg for further processing. We are excited to be working with the Snow Lake Lithium team to implement proven and advanced technology to facilitate this project.

Design Build | Steel Manufacturing Facility Addition
Diaser Management and Boge & Boge are pleased to announce a new project was awarded in 2022, for the design build of an addition to an existing steel manufacturing facility.. The Design Build contract is for the construction of an addition to their existing facility in the RM of Springfield, Manitoba. A 32,000 sq. ft. building, featuring a 160’ clear span Pre-Engineered building system started construction in 2022. The new space will accommodate state of the art new equipment so that the Owner can service their growing markets with continued excellence and quality.
